Naree Online Store Return Policy

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt. To exercise this right, submit a return request via our return system within 14 days of receiving your order. After submitting the request, you have an additional 14 days to send back the returned item.

If the return request is not submitted within the specified period, the standard return period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order applies.

§ Return Restrictions

  • Only new products with tags and within the return period are eligible for returns.
  • The cost of returning the order is covered by the customer.
  • Products purchased in the online store are not eligible for exchange. If you wish to order a different product, return the current item and place a new order.
  • In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, please report this immediately to our Customer Service. Failure to do so may result in the damage being considered the customer's responsibility.

§ Return Procedure

  1. Submitting a Return Request
    • Go to the "Returns" section on our website: https://naree.pl/en/returns
    • Find your order by entering its number and the email address used for the purchase.
    • If you have a customer account, the system will redirect you to the login module.
  2. Filling Out the Return Form
    • Once you locate your order, click "Fill out the return form."
    • Select the products you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.
    • After completing the form, confirm your request. From this moment, you have 14 days to send back the package.
  3. Preparing and Sending the Package
    • The product must be properly secured. The original packaging is not required, but the package should be packed in a way that prevents damage during transport.
    • Include the return form in the package or clearly label the package with the return number.
    • Send the package at your own expense to the following address:

      You also have the option to return the product in person at ul. Rydlówka 24, Kraków.
  4. Refund Processing
    • Returns are processed in the order they are received. The processing time is up to 14 days from the moment the package arrives at our warehouse.
    • The refund will be issued to the same account used for payment.
    • If the payment was made through Poczta Polska or another banking institution, please provide this information in the return form.
    • If the order was paid for using a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the same voucher used for the transaction.
