GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The business entity operating the online store located at the internet domain www.naree.pl, hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store", is Naree sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków, at ul. Tadeusza Połomskiego 4, 30-609 Kraków, registered in the business register maintained by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000811791, with the VAT number 6793191907 and REGON number 384761069 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").
2. In the Online Store, Buyers can purchase textile goods as well as accessories under the "Naree" brand according to the terms set forth in these Regulations.
3. Sales contracts can be concluded both by using the order form provided by the Seller, as well as by phone.
4. Contact with the Online Store is possible via email: [email protected], by phone from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM at +48 730 023 999, and via the contact form available on the website www.naree.pl.
5. These Regulations apply to both Consumers and Entrepreneurs using the Store and specify the rules for using the Online Store as well as the principles and procedure for concluding Distance Sales Contracts with the Client through the Store.

DEFINITIONS

Regulations - these "Online Store Regulations";
Working days - the days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Account - the Client's account in the Store, allowing the Client to make purchases in the Store, where the data provided by the Client and information about their Orders are stored; creating an Account is free.
Consumer - a natural person entering into an agreement with the Seller within the Store, where the subject of the agreement is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur - a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality, to whom the law grants legal capacity, conducting business activity on its own behalf and using the Store.
Seller - Naree sp. z o.o., with its registered office at 30-609 Kraków, ul. Tadeusza Połomskiego 4, Kraków, VAT number 6793191907 and REGON number 384761069;
Store - the online store available at www.naree.pl;
Registration Form - the form available in the Store allowing the creation of an Account;
Order Form - an interactive form available in the Store that enables placing an Order, particularly by adding Products to the Cart and defining certain terms of the Sales Contract, such as the delivery method and payment method;
Cart - a section of the Store where the Products selected by the Client are visible and where the Client can specify and modify Order details, particularly the quantity of Products to be purchased;
Sales Contract - a contract for the sale of a Product concluded or entered into between the Client and the Seller through the Store;
Working Days - all days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
Order - a declaration of the Client's will, submitted using the Order Form, directly aimed at concluding a Sales Contract for the Product or Products with the Seller.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. To ensure the proper functioning of the Store, the following is required:
a. a device with internet access;
b. an internet browser supporting JavaScript and cookies.
2. To place an order in the Store, in addition to the requirements specified in section 1, an active email account is required.
3. To create an Account in the Store, the Registration Form must be completed. It is necessary to provide the following information: the Client's first and last name, email address, and Account password.
4. Logging into the Account is done by providing the login and password set by the Client in the Registration Form.
5. The Client may request the deletion of their Account at any time.
6. The Seller is not responsible for disruptions, including interruptions in the functioning of the Store caused by force majeure, unauthorized actions of third parties, or the Store's incompatibility with the Client's technical infrastructure.

SHOPPING IN THE STORE

1. The prices of goods visible in the Store are the total prices for the goods, including VAT.
2. The Seller emphasizes that the total price of the order consists of the price for the goods indicated in the Store and, if applicable, the cost of delivery.
3. The selected goods for purchase should be added to the Cart in the Store.
4. The Buyer then selects from the available delivery methods in the Store and the payment method for the order, and provides the necessary details for processing the order.
5. The order is placed when the Buyer confirms its content and accepts the Regulations.
6. Placing an order is equivalent to concluding a sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller.

PAYMENTS

1. For the placed order, payment can be made, depending on the Buyer's choice:
2. By payment card;
3. Through the payment platforms:
a. BlueMedia S.A. and DotPay S.A.
b. PayPal;
4. Directly to the Seller's account.
5. If the Buyer chooses an advance payment method, payment must be made within 4 days of placing the order.
6. The Seller informs that, for some payment methods, due to their specific nature, payment must be made directly after placing the order.
7. By making purchases in the Store, the Buyer accepts the use of electronic invoices by the Seller. The Buyer has the right to withdraw this acceptance at any time.
