§1. General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the purchase, use, and redemption of NAREE gift cards.

2. The issuer of the gift cards is Naree Production spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Wadowicka 6, 30-415 Kraków (hereinafter referred to as “NAREE”).

3. These Terms and Conditions apply in NAREE brick-and-mortar stores and in the online store operated at www.naree.pl.

4. The purchase or redemption of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

§2. Types of Gift Cards

1. NAREE gift cards are available in the following forms:
   a) Physical gift card – available for purchase and redemption in NAREE brick-and-mortar stores and available for order with delivery via the online store at naree.pl.
   b) E-voucher (electronic gift card) – delivered electronically to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase and redeemable both in the online store at naree.pl and in NAREE brick-and-mortar stores.

2. A gift card is a bearer instrument.

§3. Validity of Gift Cards

1. Each gift card, regardless of its form, is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. After the expiry date, the gift card becomes invalid and any unused funds are non-refundable.

3. The validity period of a gift card cannot be extended.

§4. Gift Card Redemption Rules

1. A gift card may be redeemed:
   a) in the online store at naree.pl,
   b) in NAREE brick-and-mortar stores.

2. To redeem a gift card, the Customer selects “Gift Card” as the payment method and provides the required identification details (the 8-digit card code and PIN).

3. If the purchase value exceeds the available balance on the gift card, the difference may be paid using another available payment method.

4. Gift cards are not subject to promotions, discounts, or any other actions reducing their nominal value.

§5. Purchase of Gift Cards

1. A VAT invoice may be issued for the purchase of a gift card.

2. It is not possible to purchase a gift card (physical or e-voucher) using another gift card or e-voucher.

§6. Delivery of Gift Cards

1. Physical gift cards ordered via the online store are not subject to the standard shipping fee.

2. When purchasing a physical gift card via the online store, the Customer bears a packaging and order processing fee of PLN 9.99.

3. The e-voucher will be delivered to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase, in the form of a message containing a PDF file, within up to 15 minutes from the completion of payment.

4. The e-voucher may be printed or forwarded to a third party by any means of communication.

§7. Returns and Complaints

1. A purchased gift card, whether physical or electronic, is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. In the event of a return of products purchased using a gift card:
   a) the refunded amount is credited exclusively to the gift card,
   b) no cash refunds or refunds to a payment card are made.

3. In the case of mixed payments:
   a) the portion paid with the gift card is refunded to the gift card,
   b) the portion paid using another method is refunded via the same payment method.

§8. Checking the Balance

The gift card balance may be checked via the website naree.pl using the “Check your gift card balance” function, after entering the card code and PIN.

§9. Liability

1. NAREE is not liable for the loss, destruction, or unauthorized use of a gift card after it has been issued to the Customer.

2. The gift card may be redeemed only up to the amount of the current available balance.

§10. Final Provisions

1. The current version of these Terms and Conditions is available on the website naree.pl and in NAREE brick-and-mortar stores.

2. NAREE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, provided that such amendments do not affect the rights already acquired by Customers.

3. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
