REGULAMIN NEWSLETTERA NAREE

NAREE NEWSLETTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1 General provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for providing the Newsletter service by Naree Production Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Wadowicka 6, 30-415 Kraków, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000811791, NIP 6793191907, REGON 384761069, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” or “NAREE”.
  2. The Newsletter is an electronic service consisting of sending commercial and marketing information and promotional content relating to the NAREE brand to the provided e-mail address, in particular:
    a) information about new collections,
    b) information about promotions and sales,
    c) invitations to special campaigns,
    d) information about early access to the sale of selected products or collections.
  3. Subscription to the Newsletter is voluntary and free of charge.
  4. These Terms and Conditions are available on the website www.naree.pl.

§2 Rules for subscribing to Newsletter

  1. You can subscribe to the Newsletter by:
    a) completing the subscription form available on www.naree.pl,
    b) providing your first name,
    c) providing your e-mail address,
    d) giving consent to receive commercial information by electronic means.
  2. The User is obliged to provide a true and up-to-date e-mail address.
  3. After subscribing to the Newsletter, the User may receive a message confirming the subscription.
  4. The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of each message or by contacting Customer Service.

§3 Discount code for subscribing to Newsletter

  1. A person subscribing to the Newsletter may receive a one-time discount code worth PLN 40 for their first purchase in the online storewww.naree.pl.
  2. The discount code:
    a) may be used only for an order with a minimum value of PLN 399,
    b) may be used only once,
    c) is assigned to the e-mail address used during subscription,
    d) is not exchangeable for cash or any other benefits,
    e) cannot be combined with other discount codes unless the Organizer decides otherwise.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to determine the validity period of the discount code.
  4. The discount code is intended exclusively for new Newsletter subscribers.

§4 Early access to collections and promotions

  1. Newsletter subscribers may receive early access to the sale of selected collections, products, or promotions.
  2. Early access may be granted only to persons subscribed to the Newsletter before a date specified by the Organizer.
  3. The Organizer reserves that:
    a) early access is time-limited and restricted,
    b) information about the possibility of early access may be provided only to a selected group of subscribers,
    c) persons subscribing to the Newsletter after the indicated deadline may not receive access to a given campaign, collection, or promotion,
    d) failure to receive early access does not constitute grounds for any claims against the Organizer.
  1. The Organizer does not guarantee the availability of all products for all Newsletter subscribers.

§5 Unsubscribing from Newsletter

  1. The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time without giving any reason.
  2. Unsubscribing does not affect the validity of a previously received discount code, provided its validity period has not expired.

§6 Personal data

  1. The controller of personal data is Naree Production Sp. z o.o.
  2. Personal data are processed in order to provide the Newsletter service and to send commercial information in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy available on www.naree.pl.
  3. The User has the right to access their data, rectify them, delete them, and withdraw consent at any time.

§7 Final provisions

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, in particular due to changes in the law or changes in the manner of providing the Newsletter service.
  2. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is published on the website www.naree.pl.
  3. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions of the online store www.naree.pland applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
