Szukamy osób na stanowiska:
Your Responsibilities:
- designing and managing the implementation process of new cosmetic products at all stages: from planning, through realization, to market introduction,
- creating product offers and price positioning,
- analysis of the cosmetic market and competition, tracking trends,
- managing the product life cycle,
- acquiring suppliers and negotiating trade terms,
- planning and supervising the product implementation schedule,
- sales effectiveness analysis and preparation of sales recommendations and reports,
- monitoring market trends,
- defining marketing directions for subordinate categories,
- close cooperation with other departments in the company, such as marketing, sales, or logistics.
Our Requirements:
- professional experience in a similar position in the cosmetics field,
- experience in launching new products to the market and monitoring their development,
- ability to monitor market trends,
- skill in observing and analyzing actions of competitive companies,
- fluent English in both speech and writing,
- ability to independently manage projects and manage product categories,
- excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills,
- experience in project management,
- highly developed analytical skills and the ability to make independent business decisions,
- focus on results and the ability to work effectively in a team,
- creativity and commitment,
- ability to combine various tasks and find oneself in diversified roles.

Your Responsibilities:
- creating content for the brand's social media profiles,
- co-creating and implementing communication strategies on social media platforms such as: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube,
- assisting in photo shoot sessions,
- presenting brand products on social media,
- ongoing support for the Marketing Department,
- monitoring and comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of the actions undertaken.
Our Requirements:
- very good knowledge of social media topics,
- knowledge of trends in social media,
- advanced skills in creating and editing video content,
- comfort in front of the camera,
- high sense of aesthetics,
- familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, or Canva will be an additional advantage :),
- ability to work in a team.

- designing, creating and ordering laundry labels,
- competitor analysis,
- negotiating prices and terms of cooperation with suppliers,
- taking care of the timeliness of deliveries

- interest in fashion trends and a high sense of aesthetics,
- knowledge of fabric types and the ability to distinguish between them,
