Personal pick-ups are carried out exclusively at our headquarters at Tadeusza Połomskiego 4. We are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
We process orders with personal pick-up within 2 days after payment is credited. As soon as the order is ready for pickup we inform you via email.
The invoice for the order is sent only electronically, to the email address provided at the time of placing the order.
If you have received an item that does not conform to your order, please contact us immediately. We will give you comprehensive information and offer you a satisfactory solution.
Before sending the product to us as a complaint, please send us preview photos to allow preliminary verification of the damage. After receiving a response, please make sure to include a claim form in the package with the claimed product.
The cost of sending the advertised product to us is refunded to the customer if the complaint is successful. If the returned product is repaired or replaced we will send it back at our expense.
