Regulamin promocji

§1 General Provisions

1. The organizer of the promotion under the name “Black Friday” is the company Naree Production Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Tadeusza Połomskiego 4, 30-609 Kraków, identified by NIP number 6793191907, REGON number 384761069, KRS number 0000811791, share capital PLN 5,000.00 hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

2. The Promotion is valid from 28.11.2024 to 02.12.2024 in the Organizer's stationary stores and in the online store available at www.naree.pl.

§2 Rules of the Promotion

3. Under the Black Friday Promotion, customers can use the promotional code “BLACK30”, which entitles them to a 30% discount on purchases from 28.11.2024-01.12.2024 and free shipping on 02.12.2024.

4. The promotional code “BLACK30” must be entered in the appropriate field when shopping online or given to a salesperson when shopping in a stationary store.

5. the discount will be calculated on the gross value of the products included in the promotion, after entering the promotional code.

§3 Exclusions from the Promotion

6. The following products are excluded from the promotion:

-Products available in the outlet store at 20 Rydlówka Street, Krakow, Poland.

§4 Personal Data

1. The Organizer is the administrator of the Participants' personal data. Contact with the Organizer is possible by correspondence to the mailing address at Tadeusza Połomskiego 4, 30-609 Kraków and to the e-mail address: [email protected].

2. Personal data of the Participants will be processed in the scope and for the purpose necessary to carry out the promotion, and to consider possible complaints

§5 Final Provisions

1. The promotion shall not be cumulative with other promotions, discounts or discount codes valid during the promotion period.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion and early termination of the promotion without giving any reason, provided that such changes may not violate the rights acquired by the participants of the promotion.

3. Any complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted in writing to the Organizer's address or by e-mail to [email protected] within 14 days from the end of the promotion.

4. The Terms and Conditions are available in stationary stores and on the Organizer's website.
